He possesses experience of more than 20 years in the domain of Direct Taxation, Audit & Assurance, Project finance and Corporate & Allied Laws. His industry experience helps in understanding and managing client expectations. He is a leader and a visionary, having headed organizations through years in the subject matter of taxation and litigation. He has an in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, and have performed a wide range of audits and assurance engagements, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial statements for various organizations. He has gained a comprehensive understanding of financial modelling, risk assessment, and project feasibility analysis, having successfully executed numerous complex financing transactions and delivered innovative financing solutions to meet the diverse needs of clients in various sectors. With a deep knowledge base and years of experience he has crafted success strategies for many teams. He has wide experience in different business segments / industry sectors like, Auto Ancillary and Manufacturing, Building and construction – Specialised Construction & Infrastructure, Hospitality and Healthcare, Mining and Metals and Power, Energy, Steel etc.
